See The Snowman in London this Christmas

Classic Christmas tale, The Snowman returns to the stage at The Peacock Theatre, this festive season celebrating fifteen years in action. The stage show, based on Raymond Briggs’ The Snowman, and the subsequent film have become a much-loved Christmas tradition at the Peacock Theatre, delighting families across the generations. Guests on The Snowman theatre breaks from November 28th to January 6th are in for a feel-good treat that will warm their hearts and get them ready for the end-of-year celebrations.

The Snowman is based on the plight of a young boy and his friendship with a snowman that’s destined to run out of time. When the boy’s snowman comes to life on Christmas Eve, the two set off on a night-time quest for adventure. On their travels they meet dancing penguins, reindeer and naturally, Father Christmas. Watch spellbound as The Snowman flies through the night sky above you, before escaping the clutches of the evil Jack Frost to return home for Christmas morning.

The original soundtrack ‘Walking in the Air’ will be performed by a live orchestra, topping off a wonderful show. For a real Christmas fairy-tale this year, The Snowman at The Peacock theatre is a must see.
